Shengying Technology masters the core technology of material R&D and manufacturing including raw material formula design and production, material manufacturing and processing. All processes are done in its own factory, with 100% independent intellectual property rights. This has laid a very solid talent foundation for the professional research of polymer materials. Shengying Technology completed the construction of its plant on self-purchased land (covering an area of more than 30 acres) in June 2019. Currently, Shengying technology has three production lines with a monthly production capacity of 600,000 square meters.
For testing capabilities, Shengying Technology has invested more than 10 million yuan to build a professional polymer material testing center. The testing center is positioned to become an international advanced materials laboratory with complete facilities, perfect technology, reasonable staff structure and scientific management system. The testing center has multiple sets of world-class polymer material testing equipment, which can carry out various performance tests for materials, including mechanical properties, thermal properties, electrical properties, electronic scanning, GC-MS, and etc. The testing center began to introduce the national laboratory accreditation CNAS system since August of 2019, and plans to conduct on-site audits in November 2020, and is expected to pass audit at one time.
