OLED displays are being used by more and more handheld devices due to their rich color, compact structure and low power consumption. Its unique glass structure is easy to form cracks by external force impact or crushing between glass during use. Therefore, the OLED display usually comes with a layer of protective foam, which can protect it during transportation and use. According to this need, wo developed PI series product. This series of products uses an excellent impact-resistant formula, giving the ultra-thin polyurethane foam a good impact absorption function. Our foams have a better impact absorption ratio than other materials and has long-term reliable work performance.
Application position:

Product features:
· Versatile thickness selection with 0.08mm~0.3mm for different space/gap application.
· Good impact absorption, can protect OLED effectively, reduce shock damage.
· High level of anti-compression deformation assuring the devices of long-term protection.
Impact absorption performance test:
· Use the impact sensor to test the impact of the falling ball. After the foam is added, the impact felt by the sensor is absorbed and blocked by the foam, so the impact force is reduced. The reduced part we recorded as the absorption rate.
·To simulate the dropping condition, we use 4.3g Acrylic ball and 30g brass ball to drop at a height of 30cm.
The above performance comparison shows that PI series foam has excellent impact absorption capacity under this simulation condition, which is obviously superior to other competitors. The protection of the device has a very outstanding effect. Of course, the conditions of the simulation and the actual application will be different. We provide a reference for the customer to select materials through the comparison of the current options. The PI series is the best choice for current impact conditions.
